A general job board puts a Qualified Person vacancy next to a warehouse role and hopes the right person scrolls past it. This register does one industry, in one region, and every listing is tagged by GMP specialism rather than by job-title keyword.
Each role also links to the knowledge-base material explaining the work — so a candidate reading about batch release under Annex 16 sees the QP vacancy attached to it, and the other way round.

Stated plainly
Seniority, contract type, language requirement and salary range. The four fields candidates filter on, and the ones most adverts leave out.
Removed when filled
Every listing carries a closing date and expires on its own. A register full of dead roles is worse than an empty one.

What employers ask first
- What does it cost to post a role?
Nothing while the register is being built. Listings are placed by hand and we would rather have real roles on the page than revenue at this stage.
If paid placement is introduced later, anything already listed stays up for its full run at the price agreed when it was posted, which is nothing.
- Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to register for and no dashboard to learn. You send the role, we check it and put it up.
Self-service posting will be built when enough employers are asking for it — not before.
- How long does it take to appear?
Usually within two working days. Every listing is read by a person before it goes up, which is slower than an automated board and is the point.
- What happens when the role is filled?
Email us and it comes down the same day. Every listing also carries a closing date and expires on its own, so nothing lingers to attract applications that cannot go anywhere.
