What this needs before it goes live
- A database and an application flow before any profile can appear — profiles must describe real people with verifiable experience.
- A verification process, so 'verified' means something specific and stated rather than self-declared.
- A disclosure rule: if premium placement ever exists it must be labelled, and never presented as independent editorial ranking.
