Fifteen minutes is enough to establish whether this needs an outside party, and if it does not, we will say so.

What the site makes, what your last inspection or client audit said, and what is currently open. That is usually enough.
You get a straight answer
Either a view on where to start and what it would take, or an honest statement that this is a capacity problem rather than a consulting one.
Only then, a proposal
If a diagnostic makes sense, you get a fixed fee and a fixed scope in writing. Nothing is quoted before the problem is understood.
